Fathima Jilsha began her career at AMCO as a Legal Intern, quickly demonstrating strong drafting capability, research skills, and a high level of dedication, leading to her promotion to Junior Associate. She supports commercial, civil, criminal, family, and arbitration cases, managing drafting, legal research, case preparation, and client communication. Her ability to approach matters with structure and clarity ensures that documents and submissions meet high professional standards.
Prior to joining AMCO, Fathima practiced in India with a focus on criminal and commercial litigation before district and high courts. This experience provided her with courtroom exposure, familiarity with procedural frameworks, and practical advocacy skills. Her academic background in international law and her commitment to continuous professional development strengthen her ability to support complex cases across multiple practice areas.
